DELIVERY TIMES
Shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address, the time of your purchase and the availability of the items.
At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods, delivery time and cost.
For orders anywhere in Spain, including the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and Andorra. Delivery will be made within approximately 24 hours. For international shipments, delivery times will depend on the country and the shipping method chosen by the customer. If in any case there is no stock of the requested product, the customer will be notified via email to retain the order until the product is received or to cancel it.
SHIPPING COSTS
The shipping price is calculated based on the actual weight of the package, the destination and the shipping method, the amount will be shown at the time of processing your purchase.
Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra and international orders: In these territories, in addition to shipping costs, there are other costs by law that are for the customer's account and which will have to be paid to the courier agency when delivering their order (not they are charged on the invoice), as are the costs of customs clearance and others specific to each destination territory, which will depend on the amount of the order. This is an additional amount that is not included in the total that will be indicated in the order detail.
